Step 5 Obagi Blender contains a specific formulation of 4% hydroquinone and an activating base that complements tretinoin activity and provides blending along with stimulation.

Obagi Blender must be applied prior to tretinoin in a specified proportion and used following the application of Obagi Clear.    CAUTION: Do NOT use this product if pregnant or nursing.

• A thin application should be applied to the affected area twice daily or as directed by a physician.
• Best used in conjunction with Tretinoin 0.05% or Tretinoin 0.1%

Each gram of Obagi NuDerm Blender contains Hydroquinone USP 40 mg/gm in a base of purified water, cetyl alcohol, glycerine, PPG-2, myristyl ether propionate, sodium lauryl sulfate, TEA-salicylate, lactic acid, phenyl tri methicone, tocopheryl acetate, sodium metabisulfite, ascorbic acid, methylparaben, complex 272 (saponin), disodium EDTA, BHT, propylparaben.
